I had the pleasure of attending the New York stationery show yesterday. Even though the event was somewhat smaller this year. It was still completely overwhelming. I unfortunately left my bag of cards and brochures at the place I had lunch so now I have to go by memory of some of my favorite exhibitors. Old School Stationers was one of my favorite booths. Portland based Brian Reed does a lot of the illustrations by hand, that is why they feel so original. I really like the retro feel of the camping collection and the whimsical bird collection.
